Advised the City of Tucson in bi-lateral negotiations. Liaised with local city government, business leaders and trade & economic development organizations to engineer a U.S. market entry program for high-growth Mexican companies. The program is based on an annual competitive pitch event held in Mexico City in which six or more companies are selected for a soft-landing program based in Tucson, Arizona.
