Led the design and development of Cronos, a web-based enterprise workflow management platform. Cronos was used by asset management subcontractors of the Mexican federal government to manage large complex auctions of portfolios of assets. Cronos facilitated highly complex workflow processes requiring multiple approvals, in-depth internal & external audit requirements in the preparation and eventual sale of billions of dollars worth of assets held by failed Mexican banks. The platform enabled storage of arbitrary sets complex digital artifacts including legal documents, cash flow forecasts, and images. The platform also served as a structuring tool to package and price portfolios of assets for auction.
